I’m often asked about the difference between a nutritionist, a personal trainer and a health coach. A nutritionist looks at diet and nutrients. A dietician does the same. A personal trainer creates a tough workout and stays with you through a month or two of training sessions. A Health and Wellness coach offers ongoing sessions where we carve out your goal setting plan, talk about realities and guide our clients to transform their whole life — not just what they eat.  A Holistic Health Coach looks at the whole person and focuses on creating a happy, balanced and healthy lifestyle. We go beyond just telling people what to eat — we help them create a lifestyle that embraces their individuality and enhances their life on all levels. We really listen to the client and help them identify their core goals.
