My guideline for a long, healthy and active life?

“If you savor your life, you will do anything to save it!”

Even if it means making some awkward or uncomfortable changes.
Even if it means changing the time you eat so you get a steady state of energy.
Even if it means cutting out foods you crave – which just happen to be the foods that make you sick.
Even if it means cutting back on red meat.
Even if it means getting off your ass and moving.

If you want it, you can’t take your body or your life for granted.

If you want to keep it, you need to treat it with love, respect, and a bit of instruction.

Teach your body to love you back.
